1. Who is responsible

2. Data we process
We may process your name, business details, contact details, country, product interests, message content and, for warranty assistance, purchase or installation details, installer details, vehicle identification and product batch information. If analytics is accepted, we also receive aggregated usage and device information from Google Analytics.
3. Why and on what basis
- To answer enquiries and take pre-contractual steps at your request.
- To supply products or services and administer the resulting relationship.
- To provide warranty guidance and, where necessary, forward relevant information to HEXIS or a warranty administrator.
- To protect the site and our legitimate business interests.
- With your consent, to measure site usage through Google Analytics.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be shared only as needed with the relevant Multisign entity, hosting and IT providers, professional advisers, HEXIS, installers, warranty administrators and competent authorities. Google may process Analytics data on our behalf. Where processing occurs outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards are used.
5. Retention
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up. Contract, invoice and warranty records are retained for applicable statutory and claim periods. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics property settings. We periodically review and delete data that is no longer required.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
