This website is operated for Multisign’s BODYFENCE distribution activities in Romania and Hungary. It provides general product, training, warranty and contact information. It is not an online store and does not itself conclude a sales contract.
2. Information and quotations
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but product specifications, availability, training dates, pricing and warranty conditions may change. A quotation, order confirmation or separate written agreement from the relevant Multisign entity governs any purchase or service.
3. Product use and installation
BODYFENCE products should be selected and installed by appropriately trained professionals in accordance with current manufacturer documentation. Website content is not a substitute for technical instructions, installer assessment or professional advice.
4. Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty is subject to its own current eligibility, installation, registration and claim conditions. Multisign may assist with the process but a request through this site does not register or approve a claim.
5. Intellectual property
BODYFENCE and related brand assets belong to HEXIS or their respective owners. Multisign content, layout and materials may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.
7. Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, Multisign is not liable for losses caused by reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability or third-party resources. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected. The relevant Multisign contracting entity and applicable mandatory rules determine the governing law and forum.
